This time we have the Classic 3-Pack, a couple of Amiibo figures included in recent games, and some exclusives I thought I wouldn\u2019t be able to get!\u00a0 So let\u2019s check them out!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classic 3-Pack<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first is the Classic 3-Pack. This set features three characters in Smash Bros. that were from the early NES days and prior.\u00a0 We have R.O.B. the Robot, Mr. Game &amp; Watch, and the Duck Hunt Dog.\u00a0 Here they are still in the packaging.\u00a0 As of this writing, I can still find these fairly plentiful in stores, so they\u2019re not rare yet or anything.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14037\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14037\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14037\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC1.jpg\" alt=\"CLASSIC1\" width=\"487\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC1.jpg 487w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC1-150x108.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC1-300x217.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here they are out of the packaging. I think one of the reasons why they put this in a 3-pack was so they could include the extra Mr. Game &amp; Watch poses.\u00a0 You see, Mr. Game &amp; Watch is just a flat piece, so I guess Nintendo thought we should get more bang for our buck by adding three extra poses that you can easily snap into place on the Game &amp; Watch Amiibo base.\u00a0 I guess that\u2019s kind of neat.\u00a0 Each extra piece is under one of the Amiibo figures in the packaging.\u00a0 There is the parachute, Judge Hammer, and bell piece.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14039\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14039\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14039\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC2.jpg\" alt=\"CLASSIC2\" width=\"477\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC2.jpg 477w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC2-150x120.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CLASSIC2-300x241.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recently Nintendo released a new Chibi-Robo game, and this one is a 2-D platformer! I wrote about the Chibi-Robo games in a blog a while back, too.\u00a0 You could get a version of the game that comes with a Chibi-Robo Amiibo, and when you scan it in, you can do various things.\u00a0 You can change into Super Chibi-Robo in the game, which I haven\u2019t tried yet as of this writing. \u00a0You can also save your high scores to the Amiibo figure and level it up, and open up a second floor of your Chibi-House in the game that lets you purchases little figurines.\u00a0 Here is what it looks like in the box:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14097\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14097\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14097\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI1.jpg\" alt=\"CHIBI1\" width=\"493\" height=\"515\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI1.jpg 493w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI1-144x150.jpg 144w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI1-287x300.jpg 287w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When you take it out of the box, it\u2019s packaged almost like any other Amiibo figure, except the top part is cut off a bit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14098\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14098\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14098\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI2.jpg\" alt=\"CHIBI2\" width=\"487\" height=\"656\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI2.jpg 487w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI2-111x150.jpg 111w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI2-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 487px) 100vw, 487px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here he is out of the box. He\u2019s almost to scale on the actual size of Chibi-Robo, too!\u00a0 He\u2019s also very metallic and shiny.\u00a0 And don\u2019t worry, parents, you can\u2019t actually plug him into an outlet.\u00a0 The notches are too wide to fit.\u00a0 I was worried about that, too, when I first saw the figure.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14099\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14099\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14099\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI3.jpg\" alt=\"CHIBI3\" width=\"468\" height=\"776\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI3.jpg 468w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI3-90x150.jpg 90w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/CHIBI3-181x300.jpg 181w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoshi\u2019s Woolly World<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a Wii U 2-D platformer and it is GREAT! It\u2019s what Yoshi\u2019s Story and Yoshi\u2019s New Island should\u2019ve been.\u00a0 The game\u2019s graphics make everything look like yarn, and it has some really creative designs and gameplay mechanics.\u00a0 I like the crab enemies made out of a change purse and pinking shear claws.\u00a0 Anyway, Nintendo also made some Yarn Yoshi Amiibo figures to go with the game, and they are so adorable!\u00a0 I got all three colors.\u00a0 Here they are in their packaging.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14118\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14118\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14118\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/YOSHI1.jpg\" alt=\"YOSHI1\" width=\"474\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/YOSHI1.jpg 474w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/YOSHI1-150x76.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/YOSHI1-300x153.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here they are in the palm of my hand.
