\"POKEMON1\"<\/a>With the popularity of the mobile game Pok\u00e9mon Go, recently released Pok\u00e9mon Sun and Moon on the 3DS, and a new series of the anime cartoon soon to be airing on Disney XD, Pok\u00e9mon is bigger than ever.\u00a0 So if you have a young fan of the Pok\u00e9mon cartoon around the house, you may want to check out this nice hardcover book!\u00a0 It chronicles the adventures of Ash and his friends in the cartoon, as well as which Pok\u00e9mon they\u2019ve caught and battled, what gear they use, who they\u2019ve met and where they\u2019ve been.<\/p>\n

Actually this book is a reprint of an older one.\u00a0 In fact, I reviewed it about three years ago.\u00a0 I\u2019m going to post a link here of that review<\/strong><\/a>, as most of the pages from this book are exactly the same as that one.\u00a0 No sense in writing the same stuff twice.<\/p>\n

So what is new in this book?\u00a0 It is a big thicker than the original.\u00a0 Well, they added a section about Ash and friends\u2019 adventures in the Kalos region, based on the most recent season of the cartoon and Pok\u00e9mon X\/Y games.<\/p>\n

And just like the last book, the final page is dedicated to the life lessons learned in the cartoon, which is pretty cool.<\/p>\n

\"POKEMON4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Some may complain that this book is nearly exactly the same as the one before it, but I\u2019m not going to gripe about it.\u00a0 The first book came out three years ago, and now there is a new generation of kids who can enjoy this one, so it\u2019s all new to them.\u00a0 It\u2019s kind of like the Pok\u00e9mon games.\u00a0 They have remained relatively unchanged since the first one, and while I wish they would change up the formula a little, for each new generation of games is a new generation of kids to enjoy them, and it\u2019s all new for them.\u00a0 And why fix what isn\u2019t broken, right?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
