\"\"<\/a>I got a new batch of amiibo figures recently.\u00a0 These include two of the newly added characters to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, as well as one returning from a previous game in the series.\u00a0 So let\u2019s take a look at them!<\/p>\n

Here they are inside the boxes.\u00a0 We\u2019ve got King K. Rool, the Ice Climbers and a Piranha Plant.<\/p>\n

And here they are outside the boxes.\u00a0 King. K. Rool has textured scales but a shiny gold belly.\u00a0 You may not can see it from the picture, but his cape has tears in places, too, so it\u2019s very nicely detailed.\u00a0 The neat thing about the Ice Climbers is that there is an icicle formation behind them so they can look like they are jumping.\u00a0 It\u2019s a nice touch and more creative than just using a clear bar like they usually tend to do with these figures to make them look like they\u2019re in midair.\u00a0 There\u2019s not much to say about any hidden details on the Piranha Plant, but they do have two holes near the bottom of the pot for water to drain out of (don\u2019t water the amiibo, though).\u00a0 I will say the Mario universe has enough representation in Smash and I don\u2019t think they needed to add such a minor character as a Piranha Plant, but that\u2019s just my opinion.\u00a0 At least all three of the amiibo figures look nice.<\/p>\n
