\"\"<\/a>I\u2019ve got a few Mario and video game themed Christmas items lately, so I thought I\u2019d show them to you.\u00a0 Most are Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, but there are a few surprises, so let\u2019s check them out!<\/p>\n

This year, Hallmark had a few Mario related Christmas ornaments.\u00a0 The first are of Bowser and Peach.\u00a0 Bowser is in a really cool pose and is pretty chunky.\u00a0 Princess Peach is much more dainty, even though she kind of looks bigger than Bowser in the picture.\u00a0 Both are pretty high quality.\u00a0 Peach even has her little umbrella.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Later they released a Mario one standing on a pipe.\u00a0 They also had an exclusive to stores only version that had a Piranha Plant instead.\u00a0 First it\u2019s a character in Smash, now it\u2019s an ornament.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know why the Piranha Plant is getting so much love lately. \u00a0While I\u2019m not impressed with the ornament, I\u2019m glad I got it anyway since it was a store exclusive.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I also got an ornament that was a miniature version of a Defender arcade cabinet.\u00a0 When you put batteries in it, you can press a button to make it light up and play Defender sound effects.\u00a0 I also like the artwork on the sides.\u00a0 Very authentic.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

So it\u2019s not really video game related (although there have been video games based on it), I also got a DuckTales ornament that\u2019s a little metal lunchbox with a tiny thermos inside.\u00a0 It\u2019s based on the new DuckTales cartoon.\u00a0 While I like the older DuckTales show a little better, the new one is fantastic, too.<\/p>\n

Here is the other side of the lunchbox ornament so you can see the different artwork.<\/p>\n

And now the last thing I got.\u00a0 If you go to the Christmas section in any grocery store or Wal-Mart, you might see a lot of gingerbread houses.\u00a0 Some of them now have licensed characters on them, like Peanuts, Frozen, Mickey Mouse, etc.\u00a0 But you know I had to get the Mario one.\u00a0 I may take a picture of it and show you all when I make it, but I doubt it\u2019ll look as pretty as what\u2019s on the box.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s all for now!\u00a0 I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a super holiday season!<\/p>\n

Oh one last thing.\u00a0 We just found some Super Mario wrapping paper at the dollar store!\u00a0 I’m wrapping a bunch of my Christmas gifts with this!<\/p>\n
