\"\"<\/a>So I\u2019ve written about fast food chains doing kids meal toys based on video games in the past.\u00a0 Burger King or McDonald\u2019s doing Mario or Pok\u00e9mon toys, for instance.\u00a0 Heck, I\u2019ve even wrote about Arby\u2019s doing Sonic the Hedgehog toys in a past kids meal promo<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 But those aren\u2019t much of a surprise since all those games are in the public eye forefront.\u00a0 So when I saw that Arby\u2019s was now doing Shovel Knight toys in their kids meals, I was like, \u201cWHAT?!?\u201d\u00a0 I mean, Shovel Knight is a very popular indie game.\u00a0 But it\u2019s still just an indie game.\u00a0 Didn\u2019t think it was something kids were into.\u00a0 But as a Shovel Knight fan, you know I had to take a look at this, so let\u2019s dig into Arby\u2019s latest crazy kids meal promo!<\/p>\n

First off, here\u2019s a bigger picture of the bag.<\/p>\n

The back side of the bag has a maze you can dig into.<\/p>\n

I got the main character toy launcher.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the back of it.\u00a0 I couldn\u2019t figure out how to get it to work.\u00a0 I think you have to be a kid to figure it out.<\/p>\n

Inside the toy wrapper is a sheet of paper with a code for DLC for the game.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know what it is since I haven\u2019t tried it yet, but I imagine it\u2019s probably the same stuff you get from the amiibo figures or something.\u00a0 On the other side of the paper they show all the toys you can get.\u00a0 I\u2019d love to collect them all, but there\u2019s not an Arby\u2019s near me anymore.\u00a0 There used to be, but it got changed to a Popeye\u2019s (blech).\u00a0 I like how on the paper, Arby\u2019s called one of the characters \u201cDoctor Knight.\u201d\u00a0 That\u2019s clearly Plague Knight!\u00a0 Get it together Arby\u2019s!<\/p>\n
