(max-width: 145px) 100vw, 145px\" \/><\/a>You are a little bouncing ball with a backwards cap enjoying a day with your pink ball girlfriend.\u00a0 But suddenly a mean green ball riding a dragon takes her to his castle, so you must bounce your away around 2-D obstacles to save her.\u00a0 At first glance this may look like one of those super challenging and frustrating Super Meat Boy style games, but it\u2019s actually not that bad.\u00a0 Kid Ball Adventure is available on all current consoles and PC, but reviewed on PS4 here.<\/p>\n<p>Play control is super simple.\u00a0 You just move left and right with the control stick and that\u2019s it.\u00a0 You are constantly bouncing, so you must time your jumps so you can bypass spikes, enemies, and other obstacles.\u00a0 It kind of reminds me of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/2022\/07\/27\/parasite-pack-ps4-ps5-switch-xbox-one-x-s\/\"><strong>\u201cFlea\u201d game in Parasite Pack<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Your goal is to collect a key and enter a door in each single screen level.\u00a0 If you get hit by something dangerous, you must start the level over again.<\/p>\n<p>There are also gems scattered around the levels.\u00a0 Collect ten of them to earn an extra life.\u00a0 Although extra lives seem kind of pointless because if you lose them all, you can still just restart the level and have ten lives again!\u00a0 There\u2019s also time trial modes as well.\u00a0 While this game may look like one of those annoyingly hard Super Meat Boy style games, it\u2019s actually not that bad.\u00a0 Some of the levels are still a little tricky, but it\u2019s a doable challenge.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/ball_screen-2\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22554\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/BALL_SCREEN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/BALL_SCREEN.jpg 500w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/BALL_SCREEN-300x169.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/BALL_SCREEN-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kid Factor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kid Ball Adventure is rated E for Everyone with an ESRB descriptor of Mild Fantasy Violence.\u00a0 I you get hit by an obstacle or enemy, you just dissolve into pixels and start back at the beginning of the stage.\u00a0 Reading skill isn\u2019t needed to play, and while the game can be a little challenging at times, with patience and practice I think most kids can get
