\"\"<\/a>Cook Japanese food for customers in Tokyo Cooking.\u00a0 It\u2019s a first person cooking game for Nintendo Switch.\u00a0 Start by talking to the customer at the register and take their order.\u00a0 You can then view a recipe card on the bottom of the screen to see the steps to cook it.\u00a0 There is a workstation you can place ingredients and utensils, and once they\u2019re all there, you can play a few cooking based mini games to prepare it.\u00a0 Once you\u2019re done, give it to the customer and you\u2019ll get paid based on how well you did.<\/p>\n

This one feels like a repurposed VR title.\u00a0 You have a limited space to walk around in, just the kitchen counter and pantry.\u00a0 And you can pick up a lot of stuff and place it anywhere.\u00a0 And there\u2019s the first person view, too.\u00a0 My big problem with this game is they don\u2019t tell you how to play very well.\u00a0 The tutorial level has text letting you know how to do things, but sometimes it doesn\u2019t show up until after you do it.\u00a0 And what it does tell you, along with the picture cues that don\u2019t always show up, are very vague.\u00a0 It was so bad that I couldn\u2019t get past the tutorial level before giving up, and I\u2019ve been playing games for over 40 years and can pretty much figure them out by now.\u00a0 Maybe it helps to be familiar with Japanese cooking?\u00a0 I dunno.\u00a0 I\u2019ve certainly never had a rice ball (onigiri) before, let alone cook it.\u00a0 I\u2019d say skip out on this one unless you are very patient.<\/p>\n
