\"\"<\/a>Pearls of Atlantis is a match three style puzzle game that kind of reminds me of a cross between Puzzle Bobble and Peggle.\u00a0 Drop colored pearls from the top of the screen into little baskets below.\u00a0 When three or more of the same color touch, they disappear.\u00a0 Your goal in each level is to clear out all the pearls that have little symbols on them, called \u201ccharms\u201d in the game.\u00a0 It\u2019s a pretty fun little casual puzzle game, and it\u2019s available on most current consoles, PC, and mobile devices, but reviewed on Switch here.<\/p>\n

In the main mode, you play through the levels.\u00a0 Move your pearl holder crane left and right on the top of the screen, and press the button to drop the pearl.\u00a0 When all of the pearls with charms are cleared, you pass the level and can move on.\u00a0 If you run out of pearls before you do that, the game is over and you must start the level again.\u00a0 Or you can continue if you have enough coins, earned by passing levels.\u00a0 You also earn a star for passing a level, and you can use those stars to move the story along.\u00a0 The story is something about a blue haired mermaid trying to rebuild Atlantis and discover its secrets, but it\u2019s really not important.\u00a0 In fact, you could probably play the whole game without viewing the story, but you might want to because you can get bonuses from that, too.<\/p>\n

There are also daily puzzles and other challenges too.\u00a0 You can also buy power-ups in the shop to help you clear out pearls in the levels.\u00a0 You\u2019ll earn other materials by playing, and you can use those to build and restore your own little corner of Atlantis, too.\u00a0 The problems I had with the game are fairly minimal.\u00a0 Since this game is physics based, sometimes moves weren\u2019t as accurate as what I\u2019d like for them to be.\u00a0 Also the menu was a bit cumbersome at first.\u00a0 But other than that, this is a pretty fun little casual puzzler with tons of levels.<\/p>\n
