\"\"<\/a>Pok\u00e9mon are back in McDonald\u2019s Happy Meals, but this time it\u2019s more of a focus on the card game.\u00a0 I picked one up the other day so let\u2019s see what\u2019s inside.<\/p>\n

Sometimes McDonald\u2019s will have a display up at the restaurant showing what the new Happy Meal toys are.\u00a0 This was one of those times, so here\u2019s the display at the restaurant itself.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s the box it came in.\u00a0 It\u2019s always nice to see they still use the same style of Happy Meal boxes after all these years.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

One interesting thing is that even the apple slices came in a Pok\u00e9mon themed package.\u00a0 Although I do believe there is a Pok\u00e9mon in the newer generations that is actually shaped and styled after an apple, so why didn\u2019t they use that one instead?\u00a0 Just seemed like a missed opportunity here.<\/p>\n

All right now let\u2019s finally check out the prizes!\u00a0 Here\u2019s the flat box they came in.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s the back of the box.<\/p>\n

One thing on the back of the box is a QR code you can use to play a little Pok\u00e9mon themed mini-game on your phone.\u00a0 You slide a PokeBall around a maze trying to get all the Pok\u00e9mon.\u00a0 But you have a limited number of slides to do it.\u00a0 There are three areas with three levels each.\u00a0 My only problem is that sometimes it wouldn\u2019t slide in the direction I wanted, but you can\u2019t be too hard on these kinds of games.\u00a0 It really plays a lot like the Sonic Happy Meal game I wrote about a couple of weeks ago, except this one is 2D instead of 3D.\u00a0 Here\u2019s a screenshot from the game.<\/p>\n

Inside the box is a double sided mini-poster.\u00a0 Here is one of the sides.<\/p>\n

The other side you are supposed to put stickers on to complete the picture.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And here\u2019s the stickers that you do that with.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Finally, it comes with a pack of Pok\u00e9mon cards.\u00a0 Let\u2019s open it up and see what we get!<\/p>\n

Here are the cards I got.\u00a0 The one on the top left is a shiny metallic holographic card, too!\u00a0 Now, before you post comments asking how much I\u2019d sell these cards for, just keep in mind that I no longer have them as they went straight to my nephew.<\/p>\n
