sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 147px) 100vw, 147px\" \/><\/a>About a year and a half ago as of this writing, I had to move out of the house I lived in for over 20 years and pack up all my things and I didn\u2019t really enjoy it.\u00a0 So why would I want to play a game about packing up and moving?\u00a0 Well I guess we\u2019ll find out with Moving Houses.\u00a0 It\u2019s available on all current game consoles and PC, but reviewed on PS4 here.<\/p>\n<p>You view the game in a first person perspective and aim a cursor and point it at things to pick them up.\u00a0 You can then place them down or throw them or kick them with other buttons.\u00a0 You can also jump and crouch.\u00a0 Your task is to pick up a box, press the triangle to open it, and then place things in that box that are on the list until you fill it up and you can then repeat the process with another box.\u00a0 You can then take that box or items separately and put them in a moving truck outside.\u00a0 When you finish a list, you can go onto the next task.<\/p>\n<p>The reason why I stopped playing this one is because I was supposed to pack up all the books in the living room, but it wouldn\u2019t let me count the ones in the other parts of the house, so they all got mixed up and I could never find the one book that would let me progress.\u00a0 And since the game wasn\u2019t that much fun anyway, I stopped playing.\u00a0 Supposedly later on in the game, as you are packing up you discover some secrets in the house and horror elements seep in, which sounds interesting.\u00a0 Too bad the rest of the game wouldn\u2019t let me get that far.\u00a0 Just not a fun concept for a game.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/moving_screen-2\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25614\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/MOVING_SCREEN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/MOVING_SCREEN-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kid Factor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moving Houses is rated E-10 with ESRB descriptors of Fantasy Violence, Mild Blood, and Alcohol Reference.\u00a0 Since I didn\u2019t get far enough to see any of that, I can\u2019t say what it is in person.\u00a0 But I bet kids would think this game was boring and quit before they get to that anyway.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About a year
