\"\"<\/a>Recently a cookbook featuring Pac-Man was released.\u00a0 You know me, the biggest Pac-Man fan around, I had to have it.\u00a0 So let\u2019s take a look inside and see what it\u2019s like!<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a bigger picture of the front of the book.\u00a0 It\u2019s a nice hardcover one.<\/p>\n

The recipes in the book are categorized by breakfast, sides, main dishes, drinks, and desserts.\u00a0 Let\u2019s look at a few of the pages.\u00a0 I won\u2019t show you EVERYTHING, just the ones that were notable to me.<\/p>\n

A lot of the foods around just round things with a wedge cut out to look like Pac-Man.\u00a0 Like this cheese ball.<\/p>\n

Of course they had to have a pizza in there.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

These ghost cake pops look cool.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

OK I have to admit, this one\u2019s pretty creative.\u00a0 It\u2019s just deviled eggs, but they dyed the yellow part blue and called it \u2018ghost eyes!\u2019<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s some kind of cherry pie thing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

A lot of the recipes involve fruit or the other bonus items.\u00a0 Here\u2019s a fruit salad.\u00a0 They also had stuffed bell peppers since one of the bonus items is a bell!\u00a0 And another was soft pretzels like in Ms. Pac-Man.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It\u2019s just a decorated sheet cake, but if I were a little kid I would want this for my birthday cake. \u00a0Actually when I was a little kid, I think I had about three Pac-Man birthday cakes and parties over the years.<\/p>\n

This really doesn\u2019t have much to do with Pac-Man, but I do like how they used the toppings as eyes in the tomato soup.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

So this brings me to one of my major complaints about this cookbook.\u00a0 Most of the recipes have nothing to do with Pac-Man.\u00a0 Like this hamburger.\u00a0 I GUESS you could say that Pac-Man eats hamburgers in the fourth stage of Super Pac-Man, but I don\u2019t think this book goes that deep.\u00a0 There are so many other recipes like this, too.\u00a0 Almost the whole book!<\/p>\n

And who really needs a cookbook to make popcorn anyway?<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And that\u2019s really about it.\u00a0 I was ultimately disappointed with this one since so many recipes had nothing to do with Pac-Man and the book was 30 bucks.\u00a0 I will say it\u2019s a good thing this cookbook didn\u2019t come out when I was a little kid back in the 80s or I\u2019d be making my mom help me make every recipe in there!\u00a0 Anyway, that\u2019s all for now, later!\u00a0 –Cary<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
