(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Help a kid get to what I assume is a bag of French fries, in this single screen platform puzzler.\u00a0 You have help in the form of a magical kitten who can fly nearly anywhere on the screen and can be used to push blocks and climb on.\u00a0 The game kind of reminds me of BoxBoy, although not near as good, but also a game I reviewed a few years ago called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/2023\/08\/16\/toodee-and-topdee-ps4-ps5-switch-xbox-one-x-s-pc\/\"><strong>Two Dee and Topdee<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 1 CatLine is available on all current consoles and PC, but reviewed on PS4 here.<\/p>\n<p>As the kid, you can run and jump and push blocks on the ground, and that\u2019s it.\u00a0 When you push the square button, you can switch over to the cat and move it in any direction.\u00a0 The cat is shaped like a few square blocks, and by placing the cat correctly, you can walk on it and climb it.\u00a0 The cat can also push certain blocks and switches.\u00a0 It\u2019s kind of like you are switching from a 2D view to a top down view.\u00a0 Also if you mess up, you can just press the triangle button to start the level again.<\/p>\n<p>Really the only problem I had with this game is a minor one.\u00a0 The placing of the cat can be a bit persnickety, and you may need to constantly switch back and forth to get it where you need it just right.\u00a0 There are only 50 levels, too, so it\u2019s a bit short, but it does get a bit tricky after the last ten or so levels.\u00a0 Otherwise, it\u2019s a pretty decent simple little puzzler.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/cat_screen-9\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26641\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CAT_SCREEN.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CAT_SCREEN.jpg 500w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CAT_SCREEN-300x169.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.gamerdad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CAT_SCREEN-150x84.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kid Factor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nothing violent or objectionable here.\u00a0 If you fall off the ledges, you just warp back to the start.\u00a0 Reading skill is helpful for some of the text, and younger gamers may need help with the tougher puzzles.\u00a0 It could be considered somewhat educational as you use logic and thinking skills.1 CatLine is rated E for
