A couple of months ago I used some of my earned coins to get some Kirby’s Epic Yarn sticker patches, four in all. I already had a different Kirby sticker patch that I got when I went to PAX in Seattle last year. So that makes five.

I got the sixth ‘parachute’ patch from Club Nintendo also. This is a good example of how quality focuses Nintendo is. I got an extra set of patches in the mail the other day with a note from Club Nintendo saying the patches they sent out before had a cosmetic defect to them. I didn’t notice anything different with mine, so maybe it was another batch? But as a consolation, they sent an extra patch that I didn’t own. I wonder if they made any other patches?

So now I had six Kirby patches, and I had an idea as to what to do with them. I got a shadow box on clearance at Wal-Mart, and stuck some green and blue felt in the rear of it for the background. Then I arranged and stuck the Kirby patches on that, and used some cotton balls as clouds, just like how they make the clouds in the Epic Yarn game! So here’s a picture of what I made, I think it turned out pretty well, don’t you?
