Scroll down for our Kid Factor.

Gamers over the age of 30 may recall dumping quarter after quarter into arcade hits such as モJoust,ヤ a game that requires players to ride on the back of a flying bird while dueling with enemy creatures, or モPaperboy,ヤ a newspaper delivery simulation challenging players to ride a bike down an obstacle-laden street and throw newspapers against the doors of subscribers.

These three titles -- and 21 others -- can be found in Midwayメs arcade game compilation, now available for all consoles.

Other well-known arcade games on the disc include モSpyHunter,ヤ モDefender,ヤ モRobotron 2084ヤ and one of the first ever multiplayer arcade games, モGauntlet.ヤ

While all the games look exactly as you remember them from your local arcade, some do not feel quite as good, unfortunately. This is because the arcade versions used specific controllers such as a trackball for モRampartヤ and モMarble Madness.ヤ These two titles in particular are more difficult to control with todayメs video game controllers.

Along with the games are bonus sections such as game histories, interviews with the original game makers and other extras.

Kid Factor:
Ahナ Retro Gaming. Will your kids enjoy it? Probably, but donメt expect them to share your feelings for certain titles just because you enjoyed them in your gaming halcyon days. Instead, they can serve as valuable human garbage detectors, using their un-biased eyes to either validate, or eradicate your memories of what you once thought were great games. Be warned however, Smash TV is kind of gory (it's also mildly sexist and offensive in that way) and Rampage features giant monsters eating human beings. Kid Factor by Steve Fulton
