KIRBY COMES RIGHT BACK AT YA WITH HIS FIRST FULL-LENGTH MOVIE FROM 4KIDS ENTERTAINMENT Kirby: Fright to the FinishﾗThe Movie Available June 14, 2005 on DVD and VHS NEW YORK, N.Y. One of Nintendo's most popular characters of all time, Kirby pours on the power with more laughs, more action and more adventure in his first full-length movie. Is this Kirby's final battle? Will this be the end of Dream Land? When a fleet of mysterious spaceships attacks Dream Land, Kirby embarks on a nerve-shattering journey into deep space and confronts his ultimate nightmareﾅthe diabolical eNeMeE. Can Kirby defeat the dark force of eNeMeE's malevolent mindscape, or will eNeMeE realize his devilish dream of total domination? Kirby, one of the most widely recognized video game characters in the world, has appeared in 17 Nintendo video games to date. More than 30 million Kirby games have been sold worldwide since his video game debut a decade ago. Cary's Take: The Saturday morning Kirby cartoon is neither educational nor beneficial to kids, but it is still cute, entertaining, and fun. I imagine the movie will be the same way. Some of the monsters and scenes in the Saturday cartoon might scare very young kids, but other than that it's safe and fun, great for young video game fans. Too bad my TV station doesn't play it anymore. Kirby games are some of the best games for kids around. Hopefully I'll be able to find the Kirby movie DVD when it comes out and watch it with my little brothers. Oh, and whoever hired the voice actor for King Dedede deserves a raise. He's the best character in the whole show. "I need a monster to clobber that thar Kirby!"
