Karaoke Revolution and Sony's SingStar series are fun party games that let players warble to their favorite tunes while the computer judges them for tone, intonation, and timing. Fun stuff and if you have a tween, or even younger - my own daughter, Maggie, has it bad - then you know what High School Musical fever feels like. Let's face it, aside from the annoyance factor a karaoke game based on Disney's powerful High School Musical license and featuring all the tunes from both beloved flicks is a gift to parents everywhere.
The graphics are bad and the animations are ugly. It looks hastily and shoddily put together. But that doesn't matter. Your fanatic will love it. Get yer head in the game!

If you approve of the TV movies and the soundtracks then nothing here will surprise you - except how much it fulfills your youngster's wildest dreams. Seriously. Got a fan? This is the Christmas gift for you.
