Cozy Stitch Puzzle (Switch)

Piece together pictures of cute plush animals (or maybe they’re stitched on patches, I don’t know) in Cozy Stitch Puzzle on Switch.  It’s very similar to a game I reviewed last year called Magic Cats Pots.

When you start the game, you are presented with categories of plush animals, with over a hundred to do in all.  When you put together all the critters in one category, you can move onto the next.  At first, you can only do “Cozy” difficulty, which only has like, 3 or 4 pieces.  Once you finish a category, you can do them in medium difficulty, and when you beat the whole game, you can do them all in the final hard mode.  So there’s quite a lot to do.

To put together the pieces, click on a piece with a cursor and you can drag it around.  Use the L2 and R2 shoulder buttons to rotate them, and click the button again to place it down.  If two pieces fit, they’ll interlock and become one.  Simple as that.  Only problems I have with this game is how long it takes to unlock the harder difficulties, and it’s hard to see what you’ve highlighted in the menus, but otherwise it’s a fairly decent jigsaw puzzler with quite a bit of content if you want something relaxing.

Kid Factor:

Nothing violent or objectionable here.  Reading skill is helpful for some of the text, but not necessary just to play. Cozy Stitch Puzzle is rated E for Everyone.
