Game Review: 101 in 1 – Explosive Megamix (DS)
101 in 1, the name says it all. This title, published in the US by Atlus, is a large collection of games all on one cartridge. As a budget-priced title, this makes it one of the cost effective titles around in terms of price per game. But are the games worth even that much? Well, some are and some aren’t. Where you stand on each of those categories determines if this game is right for you.
The Games (And Some Characters) of Samurai Shodown Anthology
Recently I picked up Samurai Shodown Anthology, a collection of SNK’s series of 2-D one on one fighters. It’s available for Wii, PSP, and PS2 I believe. I got the PS2 version because it was only 15 bucks. And as I always like to do with these things, here’s a blog detailing the games on this collection (SS 1 through 6), plus a little info on the series and my favorite characters.

Game Review: Professor Heinz Wolff’s Gravity (Wii, DS)
Professor Heinz Wolff is an accomplished scientist who was one the head of the European unmanned Space Commission and inventor of the term Bioengineering. And now he’s got his own puzzle game named after him. I’m not sure why his name is tacked onto this physics based puzzler (plus I’ve never heard of the guy before), but at least his game is pretty entertaining.

Nintendo has taken going green to new heights. No, I don’t mean Luigi is now the company spokesperson, they’re now recycling games! They’ve taken the old GameCube game, Mario Power Tennis, and reprogrammed it to work with the Wii controllers. How well does it work? Pretty darn well. Read on for more details.
