Around this time last year, I wrote a short article about how Cup Noodles ramen was doing a promotion with the fighting game Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.  Well they’re doing the same thing again this year but for a different game: Jump Force.  It’s a 3-D fighting game featuring various anime characters, so let’s take a look at this cross promotion.

I probably won’t get the Jump Force game, as I’m not into anime that much.  Most of the stuff I like is really old, like Astro Boy, Star Blazers, original Dragon Ball, etc.  The noodles have a contest where you could win a trip to Japan or other Jump Force prizes.  The noodles have characters on the boxes like Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and that one guy from One Piece (I don’t watch that show so I don’t know what his name is).  The sides of the box have the same characters, but the tops of each flavor have a different one.  Naruto’s on the chicken, Goku’s on the beef, and the One Piece guy’s on the shrimp.  Although it looks like that One Piece guy ate his spinach or something.
