Just released yesterday, CrossOver Games from CodeWeavers (the makers of Wine compatibility software for Linux) promises to let you run Windows games on your Mac and even lists a bunch of compatible games. I loved Rainbow Six: Vegas so I knew what I was in for here. But I didn’t expect it to be quite this more-of-the-samey. R6: Vegas 2 has got to be the most conservative bet in years, an expansion pack turned into a full-priced sequel. I’d recommend it only if more of the same is what you want.

That’s my fancy way of telling you I “content reviewed” House of the Dead 2&3:Return for Nintendo Wii over at WhatTheyPlay.com. (I’d say… 4/5 stars, and while it’s rated M-Mature, I think the green blood and shootin’ gallery nature of the game makes it okay for 14 and up assuming zombies and guns aren’t a problem for you.) more…
